What tires to go for?
Hey guys, I recently just purchased 19" vmr with the offsets of
F-8.5" wide +35 offset R-9.5" wide +22 offset as stated by seller at the time. I was just wondering as to what you guys would recommend what tires would fit with my e92. Fairly new to tires so ANY input would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks! |

As far as tire sizing goes, we recommend 235/35/19 and 265/30/19. The rear is more aggressive than we recommend though, so you may need to roll the rears, depending on the tire make/model.

On my E92 I have the style 230 wheels, with 265/30/19(rear) and 235/35/19(front) Hankook Ventus V12 tires. The edge of the tire is flush with the rim, as opposed to the smaller OEM tires which had a somewhat beveled look to them. As such, I can't have spacers, as the slight difference in tire angle is enough to cause rubbing with 10mm spacers. Hope this helps.

We recommend 19x8.5 ET35/19x9.5 ET45 on an E90 LCI. If you wanted to push them out further, I would suggest measuring the gap and going from there. That's really your best bet.

would it be possible to go more aggressive on the rear offset? 33 maybe? I want a concaved look without rubbing and etc. |

A 10" wide you'll wanna go ET38. No offense to the above post, but buying ET45 rear wheels will look pitiful. You'll be buying 12.5mm spacers (1/2") straight away. |

I thought et 45 seemed too much on the safe side. what would you recommend or what set up do you have? f et 35 and r et 33? I'm assuming anything 20 or 22 would rub.. |

We don't recommend going with sizing like that on the rear, but we have had customers run ET33 before. I can't guarantee that lower offset rears would be completely rub free in all driving situations, especially if you decide to lower the car at a later time. Fender rolling may be required, depending on the tire brand/model.
