Wheel Suggestions!

Hey guys,

I have a '11 335i m sport with h&r race springs on 18" vmr vb3's. I love the stance and set up but the ride sucks! I want to switch back to my stock m sport springs so I'm not bouncing down the 405. So, I would like some advice on what dimensions would give me a nice flush fit with my stock springs and minimal rubbing. (I know I can read threads but aren't you guys bored right now anyway? ) I want to run 19's but I'm just not sure what tire sizes or spacers I'd need to get the look I currently have without the harsh ride. Also some suggestions on some dope rims! (preferably rims with a lip and black).
Thanks!

19x8.5 ET35/19x9.5 ET33 is what we recommend on an E92, with 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 tires. I would caution you though, that even though you may be going with stock springs to help with the ride, going up in wheel size with a smaller sidewall tire is going to give you more feedback from the road.

Thanks for the reply!
So even though my car jumps and dips and scrapes over every bump, the ride with larger rims and stock shocks will be the same? Im just annoyed by the constant bouncing over every bump.

It's not going to be the same, but I would not expect the ride quality to be like floating on clouds either haha. When you size the wheels up, you size the tire sidewalls down, and as a result you will notice imperfections in the road a bit more, compared to 18s.

hmmm haha ok its just all the bouncing that sucks. I def went the cheap way of getting just springs and not shocks. I was young and didn't know much at the time but yeah I think the ride couldnt get worse unless I had the same set up but with 19s lol. thanks!
