Springs DIY?
Is it possible to get a print out how to lower the F30. I want to do it on my own. I have H&R super sport. My car has the Adaptive M Supension, i dont want to mess anything up with the wires and stuff. Have anyone lowered theirs (DIY) and I need a time estimate.

I doubt anyone has printed documentation on the installation. However, if you have ever installed springs before in general it is very similar.
