I would like to find someone interested in assuming the lease to my 2013 M3. Details about the vehicle and lease are included below, but overall this car is immaculate, been kept in a garage, and driven very conservatively (never put on a track or used launch control).

• Interior: Black Dakota Leather with Carbon Fiber Trim
• Transmission: 7-speed DCT
• Miles: 7,139 (will go up slightly until transfer occurs)

• 36 month lease, 10,000 miles per year
• Lease started 9/7/2012, lease ends 9/7/2015

• Lease residual $45,507.00
• Lease payoff good through 9/4/2013 is $67,016.57
• No security deposit
• Lease transfer fee payable by buyer.
• Lessee will be required to pass BMW's credit check.

**NOTE: The vehicle has been modified to include: LUX H8 Angel Eyes, Flat Black Kidney Grills, M Performance Steering Wheel, M Performance Exhaust, Dinan Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake, Dinan Performance Engine Software, and Dinan Lightweight Crankshaft Pulley. Net result is approximately +50 hp to the wheels. I am willing to include these mods for a negotiated amount with the transfer, or if new leasee perfers I will revert the vehicle back to stock configuration at my own expense.
