What's everyone drinking these days?

Had a pour of Sazerac 18 last night
Opened a 1958 Borgogno Barolo on Sunday...was rocking
Need to drink more IPAs

Its been mainly scotch. Life has sucked past few weeks (well, work has) and it cheers me up. Macallan 12 or 15 year old depending on how bad a mood I'm in.

I have the same problem. Check out this scotch: The Balvenie Caribbean Cask (extra matured in rum casks). Aged 14 years. Runs about $60-80 a bottle. It's absolutely delicious. Rich vanilla notes.

I used to drink Macallan 15 year and the 15 year Glenlivet French Oak. Now I am hooked if not addicted to the Caribbean Cask.

Usually Glenlivet 12 (I'm cheap) if I will be lighting a cigar or an old fashion with jd or makers whatever I happen to have otherwise.

I've had Balvenie before and it was decent, will definitely search for this Caribbean Cask you speak of. Originally I was worried they don't have it in Canada (some scotches are not sold here, and vice versa probably), but what do you know - I checked our LCBO and they've got it!

Might just pick up a bottle this weekend, thanks for the tip!

Definitely worth a try. I received it as a gift from my brother in law and was originally annoyed. I actually hate rum so I thought he gave it me as a joke. But once I tried it I was hooked.

Keep me posted. It's allegedly a limited edition.

Some 09 Lewelling Napa Cabernet tonight.

I don't drink as much scotch as I should. Lagavulin is my go to for something unique and not too weird (Laphroaig).

I'm partial to coca cola myself. Never been much of an alcohol drinker. I'll have a glass or two of champagne on New Year's day or something, but that's about it.
