this setup reminds me of undercover police cars, especially the chargers that have black wheels and huge ass tires. you should get white halo lights though and a drop if money isnt an issue.

I did this for awhile and you won't believe how many compliments I got because of it. Personally, I thought it looked like shit, but still better than stock.

Looks like you did a good job though, so hopefully it'll be as worth it as it was for me.

I would do this if I had a black car. I don't think it'd look good on titanium.

Plastidip wheels doesn't look good IMO. I used it to do my window trim and grills but that is it.

Looks better than stock. Plasti-dip is your friend.

Rather keep the stock clean look. Plastidipping just looks cheap on any car application. Get new wheels or keep them stock. Just my opinion but whatever floats your boat.

Whenever I see black plasti-dipped wheels (or most black wheels for that matter) I think to myself they might as well get steel wheels.

Definitely not a look I like, but to each their own.

I think it's a great cheap alternative to refinishing your wheels. I did my x3 style 162 wheels and it looks great. I will be refinishing in black semi gloss once I get extra $500 to do it...

I would find used set of 162 or 189 style wheels (hopefully I got numbering right), can be had for around $400 or so, than plasti dip the shit out of them...

Plastidip is very much forgiving, if it looks like shit, peel it off than respray it. Once you get a hang of it, it is trivial..

Sorry to say, but it's the truth. I'm not much of a fan of black wheels in general. Looking at your pics, I like flat black even less. Perhaps the distance, lighting or angle of the pics is not letting your work shine as it should???

I can tell you put a lot of effort and attention to detail in applying the plasti-dip. Your handiwork appears to be well executed. If you're happy with your results, I'm happy for you.

All the best.
