I am considering buying an E92 M3 before I go crazy modding my 2008 335i. It has 26,xxx miles currently, and is a 6 speed manual transmission.

The engine, exhaust and suspension have never been modified. The HPFP was replaced by the dealer in 2011. Factory warranty until 4/2014.
