E90 Xi Wheel fitment

07 e90 335xi with H&R sport springs/Bilstein Sport combo. I'm going from VMR VB3 19x8.5 et40 front/19x9.5 et 35 rear. Looking at a set of Stance SC-6ix's in 19x8.5f/19x9.5r with et35 all around. Will this work??? Can I go more aggressive without modding (maybe a little rolling in the rear)? What would the lowest offset be that I could get away with? The next step down for the 19x9.5's is an et22. Thanks!

What tyre size? I'm guessing 235/35/19 front 265/30/19 rear.
Sure you can use 19x9.5 et22 at rear with 265/30/19. Might need fender roll tho.

You could even go with 19x8.5 et15 at front, but because you have xi the tyre sizes are important. You would need 215/35/19 or 225/35/19 front and 255/30/19 rear. In fact 225/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rear will also work.

This one has 19x8.5 et15 at front.

You could do 9.5 et35 up front and 9.5 et22 in the rear. With a 245/35/19 all around. You might need a 2 mm spacer in the front to clear the strut though.

That would be the most concave setup. I found one with 19x9.5 et35 and 245/35/19 front.

Thanks for the replies! Will those tire sizes push the rim out past the tire? Just trying to get as concave as possible with the least amount of sacrifice. Like I said I think I'm willing to roll my rear fenders a little but I don't want my wheel lips exposed past the tire.

So most concave that FITS would be...19x9.5 et35 with 245/35/19 up front and 19x9.5 et22 245/35/19 in rear with (possible) 2mm spacer up front and minor fender roll to the rear?

Yes. I had 18x9.5 et35 with 235/40/18 at front and it was about 2mm clearance to inside, but some have said that 9.5 et35 rubs inside, so that's why you might need spacers. Also i have 18x9.5 et 22 with 235/40/18 at rear without rubbing and there was still little bit room to fender, so i think the 245/35 might even work without fender roll.

This is my car without any fender mods. Front is 18x9.5 et30 at these pictures.

Yes like Monaco said you shouldn't need any fender rolling, and the 2mm spacer may or may not be necessary.

What suspension are you running in that pic? My h&r sports cause some tuck in the rear which is my main concern about as far as clearance goes.

OP - The first setup you posted should fit without a problem. With some fender work though, you can fit more aggressive specs.

I have H&R lowering springs part nr 29187-1. Lowering is -35mm front and -20mm rear. Or something like that. Don't worry 19x9.5 et22 with 245/35/19 will fit. Might need the minor fender roll. This car has that setup at rear.

I think I've decided to go square with some spacers in the back. With my Xi there's not too much point to a staggered set up. Perhaps 19x8.5 et35 225/35/19 front and 19x8.5 et15 255/30/19 rear? Argh all these number combinations make my head hurt. I don't think that variance will be more than 1%.

If your going for a square setup you should have the same sized tires front and back. You'd be better off with the 9.5" wheels for a square setup it would be more aggressive and you wouldn't need spacers.

Well, if you go with those wheel sizes. They probably aren't concave. Also if you go with 8.5 et35/et15 I wouldn't go with different size tyres. I would go with 235/35/19 allround.

I think you should go with your almost original plan.
19x8.5 et35 front with 235/35/19
19x9.5 et22 rear with 265/30/19 and possible slight fender roll.

Those^ tyres have 0.8% difference.

Or
19x8.5 et35 225/35/19
19x9.5 et22 265/30/19

Those have^ 0.2% difference. I would probably add 10mm spacer to front with that setup.

225/35/19 and 255/30/19 have 0.7% difference.

At this point I'm torn between square or staggered, and yeah, if I did square I'd go 19x9.5 all around. I have staggered now and I like the idea of being able to rotate my tires. 19x9.5 et35 front/19x9.5 et22 rear with 245/35/19 all around is I think my most likely route. If I do staggered I'd do 19x8.5 et35 235/35/19 and 19x9.5 et22 265/30/19.

Another option to think about is 9.5et33 up front with a 235/35/19 and 19x10 et25 with a 265/30/19. You'll need to roll the rear fenders though.

That's not really option, because Stance SC-6ix wheels don't come with size 19x10.
