Background story:
My uncle leased this car is 2009. And my cousin took over in 2012 when the lease was up. Mostly highway miles, since he teaches piano/organ 40-50 miles away from home, 3 times a week. You do the math.

He baby sits this car pretty well. Garage kept. Full detail (BLK Diamond) 2 times a year. Might go over 6000rpm once in a while. The car was never lowered, so no bushings should premature. Front control arm bushings were changed once under warranty. After warranty expired, he had DCI (BSM) installed for around a year. Oil (OEM) change every 8,000-9,000 miles. Spark plugs (OEM), Brake pads (Red Stuff?), micro/carbon filter (Mann) and tires (Continental DW) were changed at 50,000 mile. Waterpump failed at 53,000 miles, and was replaced with a BMW genuine Waterpump (receipt included). DP (VK) installed at 53,000 miles.
It is coded by Alex @ Alpine Coding for corner lights delete, no seat belt warning gong, euro blink, and windows roll up+down when doors are open.
This car has joined Mfest6, and Bimmerfest12&13.

He is selling it because he will be a dad soon, and is looking to get something bigger like an SUV or a wagon.

This car is now located in Los Angeles, CA. Local buyers have first priority.
