Spring rate with swift springs?

I'm looking at getting some BC Racing coilovers with swift springs. I have heard a few guys are going with 400 front and 800 rear. With maybe 2 or 3 track days a year would that be a good set up and still be a nice ride. I have a vehicle I use for commuting to and from work but the 335 is my daily driver besides the work commute. Thanks

I went with 336 FR, 672 RR along with AST 4100 coilovers - and now regret having not gone with stiffer springs......and that's even with having to spend 95% of my time on crappy bay area roads. Definitely go firmer than what I have.

Really depends on personal preference. I started with 400/800. It is a good starting point and you can really dial in rebound and compression around it. Stiffer doesn't always mean faster. I would like to keep the rear rates and up the front to about 600, given that is without the use of a front sway bar. Hope that helps a little.
