Help! Squeaking Noise When Breaking...

I have a CPO 2010 BMW 328i xDrive that I recently just went over 80K with (I believe i'm at exactly 80,400 ish).

And today when I started breaking, I heard this low grinding/squealing noise coming from the front, seems like the right side. It's loud enough where when its quiet outside, I roll the windows down I can hear the noise when I break.

I know my front breaks + drums were replaced last year in August before I purchased the car during the CPO process.

Service info states I still have 24,000K left on my front breaks. Backs are at 5000K.

If I take my car into the dealer on Monday, do you think they will fix this under the warranty? Will I have to pay? Is this a common issue with these cars? Do i have to say anything in particular?

Any help and info would be greatly appreciated it
