Question Spring Perches

Is anyone planning to make front lowering spring perches for F30's? Had them on my E92 and thought it gave me the exact height I was looking for. I'm over dealing with lowering springs and NYC roads.

I'm curious too. Do perches only work for front? Or can you get them for the rear?

Also any downside to aftermarket perches?

Perches only work for the front. I have them on my E92 and it lowered the front about .5". Was just what I was looking for to even the front out with the rear. The rear isnt bad on these cars just the front that looks jacked stock.
No downside, I've had it on my car for 2 years with no noise or issues. Simple install and you retain the factory suspension and fee.
