Pic Request/Advice- OEM Brakes 2007 328i

Hello,

I recently purchased a 2007 328i and I am considering painting the brake calipers. They look strange and I wanted to find out if they were the OEM brakes or if they have been replaced by some aftermarket setup.

They just look weird with all the ridges...here is a pic.

Does this look normal...or should I say like the OEM brakes should look?
