i have a 2008 e93 with 86k miles besides oil change what else do i have to do to keep it up to par

Spark plugs, air filter, cabin air filter, transmission fluid, brake fluid, brake pads, brake rotors, and do an alpina flash if you have an auto.

what mileage should the spark plugs be replaced at?

kenstar : did your water pump go yet?

it's written in the user booklet. I remember 60k on 335i, 100k on 328i.

nope my water pump is still good
