See ya guys.

After almost 8 years of E90 board mania, and two great great E90s, I have sold my 335i

It is a sad day, but tomorrow, I will be taking up residence on all of the the (555HP) X5M boards I can find.

It's not here yet so no pics.

See ya later chaps and thanks for the help, banter, laughs and everything that makes E90Post a great place.

There is a chance that my daughter may be getting an early E90 325 or 328 so I may be back haha!!

Adios.

I came from there 8 yrs ago. Cool forum. I remember they had this swimsuit pics every Friday where they would post sexy girls pics.

I got rid of my x5 was gas hog and boring to drive. I only had it for about 8 months.

How was the upkeep? 8 months probably isn't long enough to get a sense of that, but I've been curious. Seems like whenever I go to the dealer the shop is full of X's.

Well, let me tell you, coming back from an Audi TT convertible (which was very fun to drive for 2 yrs) and going to an X5 was not a good choice for me. I was looking for a more roomy car but found out was too heavy and too boring to drive. So got out and went with my e90.

Made a similar move myself. Had a GTO for about 6 years, and traded for an X5 last august. Loved it at first, but i couldn't keep gas in the thing and it wasn't overly great in any one area - just mediocre across the board. Traded for an E90 in July and I don't miss that damn thing one bit.

Always get a laugh when people leave forums for this reason. I still post on forums where I no longer own that particular car. I still like lots of cars!

Nice upgrade! We actually just sold our X5 3.0 yesterday (of course the M is an animal) but the X5 in general is a beautiful looking car.
