Question People with DHP + H&R Springs - How is ride?

Very interested in this combo but I'm afraid of losing ride quality.

To the people with this combo, can you please comment on the new handling characteristics of the car after this modification?

Thanks

Pete

I've got a 13 335 xdrive with M adapative suspension on 19" 403M and did the H&R Sport springs. Car drives well, looks a million times better but potholes are to be avoided at all cost. Even eneven pavement sometimes cause my shocks to bottom out. I routinely check for bubbles on my tires these days.

Great... Does it seem to bounce around at all? Is the ride still comfortable?

'13 335 xDrive with adaptive lowered on H&R. No bounce. Looks way better. Feels like a bit less body roll. As mentioned above if you hit a pothole or a large enough bump in the road, you'll feel it more than with the stock suspension.

I have DHP and H&R sports, feels 95% like stock, just less body roll and a little more firm, but not noticeably less comfortable.

So i had the H & R's installed this past Saturday, so I have been driving on them for 3 days now. All I can say is the ride quality is hardly affected and the drop is just right. go ahead and do it, you will not regret it.

The car also corners flatter with less roll..

Are you guys still happy with DHP + H&R Sport Springs?

I ordered the H&R Sport Springs from ECS and should get them soon along with H&R Spacers. I'm anxious though as I haven't read enough reviews with DHP.

Imola sells H&R. Where I got my H&R coil overs. That way if you have an issue they will warranty it. Only takes one issue to blow any savings any other route, but I see you bought them already.

I have them sitting my garage, uninstalled... F30 is in storage for winter and I never got to it.

Might sell them and go with dinan.

I got 10mm Front and 13mm Rear, which pushes the 19" 403M wheels a little wider for a more aggressive look.. I saw pics from other forums members and it looks like a perfect fitment with a moderate drop such as H&R Sport Springs.

Drives great on my car. Its obviously a little more stiff compared to the plush stock springs but overall its a way better feeling when driving.

I gather that you're referring to the Super Sport springs in this post, not the Sport springs, correct?

Has anyone had any problems w blowing out their suspension.

I've always been weary of doing just springs as I used to live in NYC, and had blown my struts on 1-2x/year

any regrets ? At what cost are you ready to pay to eventually replace your shocks ? Is this a lease?
The whole QC province roads are a mess...
I do agree that the looks is far better but...

looks sick

seeing DHP on H&R Super Sport Springs gives me a little more confidence that mine will be just fine with H&R Sport Springs

Well the 4 door seems to drop more than the 435 so keep that in mind.
