The BMWLED 20 watt LEDs light up the inner more than the outer, have you looked at it in the dark to see what is actually lighting up. Also for the one that isnt turning on. check the connections and make sure they aren't reversed, otherwise see if BMWLED will send you a new bulb if that is the problem.

Have you solved the problem or got in contact with BMWLED? I just installed the exact same lights as you and I'm quite frustrated with mine as well. The angel eyes are completely different colors. One of them is more blue and the other one is white...it's quite noticeable.

I searched around on the forums and most of the buyers seemed to be quite satisfied with them so i bought them..now i'm regretting it. Fitment in the bracket wasn't close to perfect and now the lights don't even match.

Yea I was able to return and get my money back from BMWled. But I bought another pair and still nothing in the drivers side. I did some research and I think it's my footwell module that needs to be reset...

The LED angle eye replacements that are installed in the e92 will never light up the outter ring very much. Only solution to that is spend the extra cash and get the Umnitzia or OSS angle eyes. I've been through this dilemma and no matter what LED angle eye I tried, including LUX, I was not satisfied..

Did you get in contact with the owner through his website or on the forums? I've sent him an E-mail before relating another topic and didn't receive a reply.
