Little help with lowering springs?

Hi guys!

I'm thinking of lowering my F30, and have some questions.

There are a few brands out there now, But I belive H&R and Eibach is the two best choises. Witch would you guys recommend?

My other question is how low can I go? I've just orderd 19" rims with 225 front and 255 rear. Not sure what offset it is, but my dealership said that they will be perfectly out with the fender.. I don't want any rubbing. What do you suggest? can I do the 40mm/30mm or should I go for the 30mm/25mm?

Seems like most prefer H&R, I forget if they are progressive or linear though.

If your dealership is anything like US dealerships they are not going to recommend anything anywhere near rubbing so I wouldn't worry. But it has to do with a combination of width and offset. Do you know what width wheels you are looking at?

The wheels are 8.5" front and 10" rear.
