Just an fyi guys. My car is still in que to be produced for Oct delivery/completion. My CA was able to get e a PCD date as they emailed us today. I will be there on Nov 8 as of now unless they have to change. Has anyone else gotten an earlier pcd date?

Car completed production 2 weeks ago and has been on hold at the VPC.

Did you get a confirmed notice for your PCD date on 11/8?

Hoping that means they will start scheduling - but would expect customers who already have their vehicles completed to get priority as we have been patiently waiting while our X5s sit at the VPC.

In almost the exact same place as ckortane. Still waiting for a PCD date, with a finished production on 10/1.

Edit: Just talked to my CA. He said he just received an email that said my X5 is on hold until they determine the official release date. As soon as that date is set they will be able to setup a PCD time. Priority given to people that have vehicles finished.

I honestly don't know what the holdup is, because I know someone that has a coworker that has the x5 already! Kinda getting me pissed off! Lol

I just received my pcd email from bmw after my ca confirmed the date they sent me today. While, mine isnt built yet it was part of the first custom allocation my dealer had. I simpy think it wasnt built as the sport seats may have been back ordered.

My X5 has been finished for a few weeks now. I had wanted to do PCD, but I was beginning to think I would just have the car sent to my local dealer since it was taking so long to get a confirmed PCD date.

My CA called today. The Performance Center sent him an email offering 10/29 for my PCD. He called them to let them know my preferred date was 11/5 and I just got an email from the Performance Center confirming my date as 11/5.

Congrats! I called my ca and he said that pcd was already closed and he would follow up with the pcd tomorrow. Hopefully get a date tomorrow and hopefully will get to meet some of the patient new f15 x5 owners in SC!
