How often do you "put the pedal to the metal"?
The tittle pretty much explains the question. Just wondering how often you actually do it?

If you have to floor it when gettingI on a highway, that usually means there's not enough time for you to safely merge on to the highway. What would you do if someone cuts in front of you, someone slams on the brakes in front of you, or if there is an object on the road? Flooring it has nothing to do with being a bad driver, I'm just a responsible one.

The car is made to drive fast. Putting around every day and never getting on it unless you're on a track is disrespectful to your car and to BMW. Ny325.....you should sell your car and get a Prius.

I have fun with my car on public roads, and I've never put myself, my fiancee, or anyone else in danger. Sometimes when I merge onto the highway, there's maybe one or two other cars within 50 yards. Room to floor it? Absolutely.

Why have a car like this if you do not drive it like that? I'm not saying fly through a 45 going 70, but off a stop on an open road, or when you need to pass quickly, floor it! You get to know your car, you can feel the power, have a little fun, and in some cases it can help you safety wise by getting you in/out of a situation quicker. Nothing wrong with flooring it

Every day now that I'm down in SoCal for the moment, have to power through the freeway traffic. NorCal traffic pales in comparison.
