It was a leasing (12K miles 36 months). Don't have all the paperwork with me right now but here are the numbers that are very close to what I got:
MSRP - $65,725 (got a discount of ~ $2,500) Residual 60% Money factor 0.00125 Down ~ $3,450 (1st payment, registration, fees, all sales taxes) Monthly payment ~ $765 These numbers include $1,000 + $575 incentives from BMW for existing leasing customers. |

If you have to purchase it then it would have been $65K including taxes. So, the value of the vehicle is only $34K after 3 years. That's a huge depreciation. I think it can value above 45k with 36K miles on it. |

Discount was given over the MSRP. The $1500 BMW incentives come later and basically discount the money down you have to pay upfront.
