Sliding seats with 3rd row seats

Anyone know if you get sliding 2nd row seats with 3rd row seat option? Can't opt for the comfort seats with 3rd row option.

With 3rd row seating the back seats move in 3 directions... They slide back and forth; the backs of the seats tilt forward and back; and the entire seat 'ejects' forward and up so a person can get back there. Very impressive setup and very well thought out.

The 3rd row seat option comes with the rear comfort seats. I confirmed/tested it at a dealership, although the 3rd row is still too squishing even for a 10 year old. So decided to not order it.

I don't think comfort seat + 3rd is possible together, if you go to BMWUSA you can choose only one of those options and not both.

That makes sense since the rear seats are fixed. They don't even slide like the Audis (disappointing) without the CRS. Sat in an F15 the other night.

They must be comfort seats cuz the second row seats definitely slide front to back.
