Maybe I'm wrong here but 5k down sounds like a s***ton on a lease to me. Regardless, I would definitely call around to other dealers and see what they'll offer you. Take the lowest quote you get and see if the other dealers will do any better. Seems like a fairly reasonable monthly payment to me otherwise, but there are some current incentives I believe that should help you lower that cap cost as well. If you can knock it down to 5k off that would be solid.
That's just from my experience, and I'm certainly no leasing master, so anyone feel free to correct me!

It looked like a great deal until you said $5k down. The 50k selling price looks like Invoice price.. that's pretty remarkable. I'd ask for a breakdown of the $5k due. If you could get $570/mo on that MSRP with $1-2k due at signing, that would be an excellent deal.

The payment you quoted, $570 a month is correct for for a MSRP of $53,475, selling price of 50,000. This would be with zero down against the selling price. I don't see where they factor in the $5,000 down.

MSRP on a 435: Sport Line, Prem Package and heated seats is $51,325. Unless you left out some options, the MSRP is wrong. You need the correct MSRP to calculate residual value. Also never put money down on a lease to reduce cap cost. That money is better spent on paying the sales tax and/or multiple security deposits to reduce the MF.

Why don't you just buy from Steve Thomas to avoid all the back and forth and bs sales tactics?

You are wasting your and your CA's time.

Do your homework and know what is a fair price to pay.

If you leasing, invest some time to know in how much money you are going to pay for a decent price and don't expect some unreal deal with your bounce bounce game. Things don't work that way anymore.

I will tell you from experience, good CAs who are straight forward, hate customers who bounce around and they never want to deal with them. don't be surprised if you don't hear back about a price quote or ordering. You are doing business, remember.

Visit ridewithg.com and understand the lease process and then see what is a good price YOU want to pay as per fair computations.

Good luck. If you keep bouncing from one to next you won't get a car for months.

I have heard the Santa Maria dealer is quite good too.
