Ivory Dokata

Anyone order this interior or have seen it in person? I really like that the footwells and lower console are black (hides dirt/scuffs)... but I am a bit weary of going for a white interior.

Any thoughts? How light/white is it?

For that matter, has anyone seen Cranbrerra?

Thx

Hi. I'm ordering the Ivory White/Black Dakota combo with black sapphire exterior. My wife had the Ivory White/Black Dakota leather on her 3 Series Coupe and it looked great.
The leather is a light milk/cream colour. Didn't have any issues with it showing the dirt or marks so happy to order for my F15

Love the ivory (especially w/ blk ext) but I'm afraid it will look like crap way before I am ready to get rid of the X. I have tan in my current X and it wore very well with minimum maintenance. Still looks respectable 10 years later. Would like to keep the F15 for 10 years as well. Don't want tan again. Hence the dilemma. Trying to decide b/n blk and the ivory/blk combo. Attached a pic that I concatenated to compare and contrast the two.

I have seen Canberra in person and liked it. I was debating between Ivory White/Black and Canberra. Went with Canberra due to the fact that it comes with Beige colored central console (gear shift area) and bottom of dashboard. (unlike 3 series )

I will place nice black BMW branded carpets for contrast look. Ivory white leather is really on bright side. Canberra may be two count short of white.

Ivory/Black all the way

Friend, I was in the same boat. I had my lovely 2003 BMW X5 in tan interior. I debated the same question for a couple of months. I guess it depends on the exterior color. For me Sparkling Brown was the way to go and no other color makes it look more amazing than the Ivory/Black. I definitely DID NOT WANT tan again. I wanted the car to feel completely new. While I love black, it makes the car look smaller inside. Canberra is fantastic in Blue, Dark Grey and perhaps even in Black exterior.

I also have two toddlers and I heard the posts over and over about the jeans. However, I love my cars and take great care of them and will be spending a little more attention to the seats.

Ivory/Black!

Beige is in several shades. Venetian Beige, Canberra etc.

Generally, Beige is on yellow side and some beige colors are too much yellow.

However, Canberra is on the bright side and close to Ivory.

If you or any passenger wear a dark jean, say bye bye to your leather. I had Coral red and my brother had ivory and both were very hard to deal with the jeans.
Believe or not, I had a blanket in my car to cover the seat whenever I or passenger wear a dark jean, and this is worse when it rains. But other than staining, ivory is so sexy in black, blue and grey. So classy.

Ivory for sure now lol. We're not a jean-wearing family but if you do happen to get some on the seats, use LEATHERIQUE. It's a little expensive but it works really well.

Yes, they do work, but you will notice your leather getting darker and darker.
This is especially an issue at the seat back plastic bolster (plastic piece where you put your megazines) and the door panels.

For me, result was the best when I regularly put leather sealer as often as possible. They tend to create a barrier between the stain and the leather.

I am so confused. I am thinking of ordering black spahire but can't decide on the interior. I like the black interior better on the old model. On the F15s, it almost looks greyish black. I am thinking of Ivory white with black but I am not sure if it will look good after few years. Someone please help me decide. I need to have the order in today. Didnt really like mocha either. Is the white really white or creamish white? I live the beige seats but I don't like beige dashboard and carpets..

Ivory Dakota looks great. I'm not sure why they went with Ivory flooring and lower panels for the Nappa. The 5-series does the Ivory Nappa with the same lower dark scheme as the X5's Dakota.

No way I'd want Ivory flooring for an suv.

I have ivory white/black on my 3 yr old F11 plus 2 young kids. No issues with jean stain, and the kids mess wipes off.

Like it so much I've ordered the same for my Carbon Black MSport F15

Ivory White/Black Dakota...Go for it....I'm having it with Black Sapphire if I get the SE or if lucky enough, the M Sport and Carbon Black!

I love mocha with the aluminum hexagon trim. Very modern and masculine.

Best color combinations (in my opinion) are either Sapphire Black on Ivory Nappa Pkg. or Mineral White on Mocha Nappa Pkg. .... Can't go wrong with either of these ... I went with Mineral/Mocha ...

Hmmmm - I never thought of that combination - I may have to look for some pics and may change my order to this (I'm not a huge fan of the wood trims anyways)....

It's kind of tech meets man cave. And a man cave needs a good stereo - and the B&O silver speakers go well with the aluminum trim.
