Cargo liner
Where can I get a cargo liner for my 3GT? I bought some Weatertech floor liners for the front seats but they don't have the trunk / cargo liners.

I recall somebody mentioned cargo liner from X3 fits the 3GT.
What about cargo floor nets for GT? Lots of universal fitment nets on amazon, haven't seen any reviews from 3GT owners though.

Which Weathertech front floor liners did you get for your F34?
Winter is here, and I'd love to have something that fits to keep the snow and slush managed. (And, according to my dealer, official BMW liners don't exist yet) And can someone chime in on the X3 (F25) cargo mat fitting? Thanks! |

Got the Weathertech cargo liner. Very classy. I took the tie-down eye clips off the rails so the liner would fit flat (as I don't think I'd ever use them). But the liner has has 4 three inch approximately square cutouts that you might trim off if you need the tie-down clips. Classy, perfect fitting product as always.

Luckily I live 30 mins from the factory, so I just go pick stuff up from them at the factory store in Bolingbrook, IL. Just picked up my 335 GT 3 hours ago, going to go down tomorrow and get the liner.

I will start a new thread with pics this weekend. I have to get it cleaned up already. Haven't even had it 48 hours, but of course minutes after I pick it up it starts snowing. I picked up the Weathertech floorliners for the front, rear, and cargo areas. They all fit fantastic, and the black is a good match to the interior of the car. I was a little disappointed that the drivers side doesn't go up a little higher around the gas pedal, but I'm sure it's just a safety issue.

For anybody interested here in the UK, I got a response from WeatherTech - they can order the mat for £78.31 + delivery + Vat.
The one from BMW direct is £74 and that is the one I am ordering later this week. |

Here is a shot of the fitment of the Weathertech cargo liner. I put the liners throughout the whole car, love them. They fit perfectly.

Doesn't the cargo liner get in the way to get to the storage area below ?
Lets say i want to put the trunk panels down there, i need to completely empty the trunk, no ? Without the liner you have the two sides to put a few things without completely having to empty the trunk. I should take delivery on April 1st and was thinking of getting the whole car Weathertech-ed, but i'm not certain on the utility of the trunk liner. Any input or opinion is appreciated. Cheers

Yeah, I have the cargo liner and have permanently stowed my "trunk covers" in the attic and don't store anything I need to get to on a regular basis below the liner. The liner fits perfectly and I love it but is a pain to remove for access below. Weathertech should have designed the CL to flip up.

The cargo liner is really light, so it's not a major issue to lift it up. The hassle is worth it to me, since I don't store things down there that I need to get to often, I'd rather deal with it than deal with dirt on the carpet.

Thank you for the inputs, still not sure if i'll get it. I don't put much dirty stuff in the trunk but who knows right ?
The boat my GT is on just arrived to Halifax port yesterday. It's getting closer, but still a ways away. Needs to get on a train, then on a truck, then prepared, window tints etc at the dealer. Long wait but worth it.
