It can be better. 35% off is lowest.

btw, for our car ... only 0w30 German Castrol is applicable.

Thanks for the info.

So when I picked up the car, dealer gave me free bottle of oil as a gift, guess which one? 10w60.

This really annoys and worries me now about going back for service.

Actually, you should have kept the oil, the 10w60 retails for $16 a bottle (and then sell it on kijiji) vs $10 bottle for the 5w30 at the dealer.

btw, you do get the free top up at BMW Toronto, right ? Because for for the 3 series, I have heard they stop topping up a couple of years back and have started charging, regardless the car is bought from them or not.

Yes, they do free top up, no appointment needed. You may have to explain its a top up, not oil change so they won't charge you as they get confused with in between free maintenance oil change.
