HELP

So after starting my car this evening the 'Service Engine Soon' indicator popped up. Thinking 'I'll go do it tomorrow' & went on my mary way to run errands.
Then after parking back in my garage, my car idled in park for a few minutes & started to jerk. The type of jerking that would happen if I was sitting in a muscle car.

What could this be?

Could be many things, best to have the codes read!
