4 Series Allocation Euro Delivery

I was looking into doing Euro Delivery for a BMW 435. Ive been told by serveral dealers that the 4 series is going to be coming out of their allocation. Has anyone else experienced this? If so any word on when this might change?

Seems like they are treating these cars like an M series?

I can understand that, some smaller dealers (like mine) have had a lot of trouble getting a 435i
