post your deals 2014 3 series (canada only)

There seems to be prices and the deal everyone has pulled, but they all are for usa what about canada.
Heres mine:

2014 335xi drive sedan
premium package $4500.00
m performance package $1500.00
connected drive services prof w/ ARTTI $850.00
metallic coulour $800.00

Total Msrp $61,450.00
less discount $1785.55 (Thats how much i was able to get off retail) i dunno if thats good or bad what do you guys think?.
Sub-total $59,664.45 not including tax or anything.

I was gonna finance it but the deal I'm getting is not working for me so now going to aim for leasing cause I'm gonna be switching every 2 years.
What do you guys think i should be aiming at with $5000 down? knowing the final price of the vehicle that i was able to haggle.
Thanx for the help and lets hear what deal you were able to come up with either financing or leasing.

I just nailed down a 2014 335 xi with premium and m performance 1 for. 6.8% below MSRP. Some dealers are willing to move right now for end of the year deals, while others didn't budge for me. I also looked at the 435 but there is essentially no wiggle room on them anywhere in the GTA (I'm told it's too hot right now).
