N52 - Looking for Part Number for Cable Harness Holder

Does anybody know what is the name and part number for the rectangular cable harness holder that sits in front of the cowl tray? See below for pic:

Closest that I found was this:

Is Part #1 and #2 correct? It looks different from the actual part in the picture I posted above.

Looks right to me.

Looks right to me.
You can always get it at your local BMW parts department.
(They may have to order it.)
and see if it fits if they will give you a similar price.
That way you can check the correctness and fit.
Doesn't look like it will break the bank.

No I think that's the one that runs under the cowl. Let me guess you broke the clips and now it doesn't lock in? I just did it, seemed to stay in there well enough without them.
