Confort access

I recently bought a 2011 335 sedan and im having problems with the confort access.on the passenger door i can lock/unlock the car but in the driver door nothing works,can somebody tell me what it could be?oh and i already change the battery on my key...

Its winter here in NJ, i have the same issue too once the temps drop. It'll get better in the spring!!

But a week ago the car would unlock but i couldnt lock it know it doesnt work at all..

This weekend we r having good temps... Let me know how it goes with the comfort access today and saturday. If your near the woodbridge mall i can meet up with u to compare my CA vs yours.

I had the same problem on the opposite side, took it to the dealership they changed the door handle.

Since you have 2011, most likely it's still under warranty. Take it to a dealership and have them fix it under warranty.

This- but I had an even worse problem- the driver side door handle kept heating up and then no CA.
Dealer had to replace the door handle as it was shorting out- thank God I replaced it before it got worse!
