Will it fit?

I want to pick these style 94 rims up and wrap them in winter tires, $200 18"x8" rims in Maine is a steal. My only concern is that they aren't staggered (but it is winter so not looking for performance) and will they fit my 07 bmw 335i e92 with sport package?
