Exclamation Map7 JB4-stage2

I have Jb4 stage 2 with high flow downpipe (200cell) from ChallengeUSA
i'm constantly using map2(14.psi)
i might go to a circuit nearby and want to try out Map7(18.5psi) out there, btw i have new ER F30 chargepipe, do you recommend me to install the chargepipe before going and testing map7 i know it requires race gas but which and how can i know which one is the best for me i know that there are different type of them leaded/unleaded and diff octane ratings.., what's the least number of octane rating should i use,(e.g: 105+octane .)?

If you have the chargepipe, then you might as well install it. I'm curious to hear your impression of it.

Ok, well just my opinion - If you can install a downpipe, then you can install a chargepipe NO PROBLEM. I guess maybe the only odd part of the chargepipe install is that bmw uses an odd clamp but that shouldn't be too tricky.

Just curious what your tire specs are. I think in stock form you'll only benefit on the straights and might actually suffer in corner exit.

That said i look forward to hearing results!

Garage List
the engine will pull timing when it senses detonation or pre-detonation and run the wastegate will run wide open dumping all the boost

Translation, you'll get way less power than running it at a map it (the fuel) can handle
