Head Light washer arm e92

Just trying to figure out if there is a part # for just the headlight washer arm and not just the cylinder, apparently the arm fell out along with my cover and has disappeared... yet again..

I checked realoem only part I could find was 61677179311 which is the whole assembly all I need is the arm insert and I agree I need to disable it since this happens every year.
