Anti-theft guides

Hello everyone! I'm sorry if such topic already exists but I'd be nice to have all tricks and advices in one place... So, I'm struggling with idea how to protect my Beemer... Disabling OBD? Relocating OBD? Something else?

I'd like to hear you guys, what have you done to successfully protect your ride.
I'm still thinking what to do...

Remington puts out a pretty good anti-theft device, but you have to pony up for the license dude

Good insurance, all the rest of that crap is a waste of money, if some steals my car I don't want it back.

You got the solution. Move to a place where theft is not an issue. I forgot the keys on my motorcycles, several times, overnight. Negligent, sure, but I can pull it where I live.

I've seen a gadget recently but forgot it's name... It's a device that you hide in your car, power it up with vehicle's battery and then receive all kind of messages to your smartphone if someone sits in the car, powers it up, drives it and so on... Anyone knows this? The price is about 170$ I think..
