why is it that everytime I take the time to detail my car it rains?!

I spent all afternoon and half the night yesterday detailing away on my car trying to relive some stress. Today I wake up and gues what it looks like shit outside, I thought oh well at least its not wet and it will probably get better in a couple of hours... I get in my car and head for school about half way there it starts pooring down rain and it didnt stop the whole day I really thought I was going to be stranded at school today because of the weather!

Washing your car constitutes a rain dance to the raining gods.

AW330i: What did you use?

I always tell my customers, "Hey, it's detailed underneath though. Everything will clean up much easier and it will still look much better (now vs. then) with just a simple wash".

I hear you though, in the end, it's nice to enjoy it.
