Is my battery on its way out?

07 e92 335i, The battery doesn't seem to hold a charge anymore, when I don't have the engine running with the stereo within a few minutes the orange battery symbol goes on and shuts everything off. These are the codes I'm pulling:

Yes it's on its last leg. I picked mine up at advance auto for 165. Dealer charged me 60 to register the battery. The size for my car was 94r. It's slightly shorter than the OEM but there is a hole for the hold down bolt for the smaller battery.
