Multiple repeat customer discount?
Over the past decade my family has purchased 7 cars from BMWNA:
1996 BMW Z3 Roadster 1997 (I think that's the year) BMW Z3 Roadster 1999 BMW Z3 Roadster 2000 325cic 2002 330ci 2005 M3 2008 M5 (purchased two weeks ago) I'm the first person on the list at a dealership for the E92 M3. It'll also be the first time I've purchased from this dealership. I was wondering if BMWNA would give me some sort of repeat customer discount, such as absorbing the gas guzzler tax or destination fees? |

You might get a T-shirt that says "I bought 7 BMW's and all I got was this lousy T-shirt"...but seriously, if you ever get a sub-par dealer experience either in delivery or service, I would imagine your complaints will be addressed expeditiously at a corporate level if it came to that. I would venture a guess that BMW's standpoint is that if you bought seven BMW's (your family) then their efforts to offer an "the ultimate driving machine" and value for dollar have been successful. That is every manufacturers wet dream, to keep you coming back time and time again, being "brand loyal". The biggest rewards for your repeat purchases are actually reaped through the driving experience, ownership, and at your local BMW center. I have great rapport with all the people at my local BMW center. They offer great service, courtesy, professionalism, and are extremely helpful and friendly 100% of the time. The showroom and waiting areas are spotless, free coffee, cappuccino, cokes, etc are always on tap. So, personally, I don't ask for free floor mats or special discounts, I love the brand and the local outlet treats me like gold. I hope you receive the same.

I had to wait longer than I needed to get my 04 325ci, and the dealer threw in free floormats.
Seriously, it would be the dealer giving you some kind of deal as opposed to BMWNA. I'm sure BMW would treat you really well, but I don't think they'll mess with pricing. Regardless, why not try and let us know? |
