Orange County/Irvine/Newport 335 JB2R & E55 ...Anyone want to join for test runs???

I'm down for some JB2R runs tomorrow AM...I'll be heading down the 241 through Irvine down to Newport. Anyone want some Starbucks and to get a few test runs in? I'd like to see a V2 and some other modded cars come out to play and get some baselines. My brother in his E55 will be with me as well....

Let me know....I'll check the thread and PMs before I leave around 8-830 am.

No Egos...just some clean, safe fun.

Okay...see you when you're back from SEMA (if that's where you are, I'm jealous!) E55 will be there, it's my brother. He's already put some beatings on me....this will be the first testing with the JB2R and 100.

Congrats on your jb2r. I am very interested in how it will do in real world settings up top.

Just by the power curves alone it should pull all the way to redline if not close to it, like stock.

Also is the e55 stock? I would really like to do a run with a stock e55.

Hopefully my clutch holds up for the runs. Ill probably need to cool it down run after run for a min or so cruising.

Yep...will be a good run with the E55....he's been spanking me so far...he deserves to get one now. What's been done to your 997? Where should we meet you? We can stop anywhere along our route....is Jamboree & Baranca good? In McDonalds? Or do you want to meet in the tustin ranch market area?

im not sure if i can make it FOR SURE but ill try. the 997 turbo is stock.

Man how did you land 5 moving violations living in Orange county. One can drive 75-80mph on 405 and still be within average. You must be blowing through at triple digits. I drive on the 405 everyday for the last 4 years and haven't gotten a single ticket.

speed up to go through a yellow light, got clocked at 80 in a 50 for that. 101 in the 73 toll road, written up for 99. Paced going 70 in 45 on Mac Arthur in newport beach (total bullshit). ...........i dunno man, i dont feel like remember what ticket was what. But no, they're not for triple digits and only 2 of them were on the freeway.
