2014 435i xDrive Coupe lease price

My 335i xDrive lease is coming up and I'm looking at leasing a 435i xDrive Coupe, MSRP $59,750, no down payment (except sales tax & motor vehicle fees) 3 yr lease, 15,000 miles per year. First offer from my dealer is $815.00 per month. Is this a fair deal?

Thanks.

Amazing how BMW manages to lease a 3-Series coupe for over $800 w/ only a few options ... that's what I call branding
For that price you can lease a 7-Series, w/ twice the gadgets you get in the coupe. I know it's a completely different animal, but what they are charging for the 4-Series is mind blowing.

I would never go over $530 before tax on a loaded 435. $800 for a 4 series is craziness! Might as well buy and finance at that rate.

That seems quite low. Can you define what options you've put on your loaded 335xi?

As high as these numbers are, they are low compared to leasing a CLA45. For a $60k car, we're talking about $1000/mo. The residual sucks. Plus MB generally requires a cap cost reduction due at signing...figure around $5000+/- total.

If 815.00 is how much BMW wants for the 4 series then that's insane. I would never pay that much for a 335 coupe.

For as long as I can remember BMW has offered better lease deals on the sedans than the coupes. If you want a coupe, it will cost more. If it doesn't matter to you, buy the sedan and save some money.

I took a 2 year, 50,000 mile lease and based on what I pay $815 sounds about right for the standard 3 year/15,000 mile lease.

wait a few months....you'll see how quickly the numbers drop. What you're experiencing now is "new car demand"....BMW trying to take advantage of people that want this hot new 4 series.

Infiniti wanted to charge me almost $600 for the new Q50......yesterday i got a call telling me they'll do it for about $350 with taxes. (loyalty credit was increased incredibly)

No way man, it's way too low. A fair number would be around $650 for 3y / 15k m / $3k dp.

The "build your own" on BMW's web page shows a $59,750 MSRP, 3 yrs, 15,000 miles/yr, no down payment at $828.00 mo. What's with these numbers in the 5's and 6's being posted?

Then you won't be driving a 435. No way you are going to be down in the $530 range, hell even the $500 range, for a 435 without a hefty down payment.

Good price but that is with 10K a year miles. The OP is looking for 15K/yr.
