Bumper cut out for quad tips
I was thinking about install the quad tips exhaust for my e90 335i. What's the best way to modify the rear bumper to accommodate the quad? Utility knife? Heat gun? Dremel?
I know a body shop can do it but is there a DIY process that can save me $200? Any help will be much appreciated.

Did you use touch-up paint to finish up the work? Is it noticeable from distance? How did you figure out the area to be cut? Remove the rear bumper, install the quad system and measure the cut area? Thanks.
