hello everyone,

i need help!!!!!!!!! Someone hit my car today:sad0147::sad0147::sad0147:

and i need to find a 328i, jet black preferably, bumper that's not going to be too expensive.... this is so unfair my car is in bad shape and needs help :sad0147:. Please anyone that has a 328i bumper, please pm me. I know this is a long shot but im hoping for the best.

I'll try to post some pics tomorrow.

Forgot to say it's for a back bumper... Oh, all of you who ask about insurance; it's called a deductible otherwise i would be on the phone with them.

Someone hit my car and left. Called my insurance but they said i have $1000 deductible and i got an estimate and Bumper and Paint is about $850.... So this is why im looking for a new back bumper for a 328i coupe. and here is what my car use to look like:

Maybe you could buy the bumper off a 1990 Toyota Corolla, I think it's not that expensive.

you haven't stated whether it's the front or rear bumper yet? the 328 and 335 has the same front bumper though, just the rear one is different. and let's see the pics. it should be damaged pretty badly, cuz you got like 15 of those crying faces up there.

Especially if there is blood splatter. You should just change the whole bumper to reduce the likelihood of the cops finding out. I learned that on CSI.

So I guess whoever hit your car did not stick around with the insurance info?

Cuz if you were rear ended and the other person has insurance you shouldn't be paying a deductbile.

That is not true...it depends on coverage. Fault has nothing to do with deductible in most cases.

Deductible = $500

Used bumper = less than that

Most of time if someone hit your car from back, thats their fault. You dont need to even report to your insurance (but you can if you want to). AND of course doesnt matter how much your deductible it is.

Since you didnt explain enoughly about the situation, we can't give better answer. Sorry for your accident tho.

Ok well obviously it does not apply in this case...but if someone rear ends you and you go through there insurance like you should...why would you pay a deductible?? how does it depend on coverage?? Liability is liabilty...if someone hits you they are liable...

If you rear end me and I put a claim in with your insurance...your insurance company is not going to tell me that because you have crappy insurance I have to pay a deductible..

Maybe I'm missing something here.
