550xi BMS Stage 1 0-60 Videos
2014 BMW 550xi.
BMS stage 1 tune Dyno Jet - 441WHP and 490WTQ on 93 octane and stage 1 tune. I was playing with the car today on every setting imaginable and I figured out best launch imaginable. Sport + with shifter in sport and press and hold traction off button so the traction is FULLY off. Initiate Launch control and shoot for the stars! The car fuckin launches like Helll! I have posted other 0-60 videos that you all have seen.. But these are just WOW. 0-60 is well under 4 seconds. If I had to guess 3.7-3.8 Please tell me your thoughts on launch and 0-60 times. I have not seen faster. If you have please let me know lol. People are gonna say let's see track etc this and that.. Keep in mind. This Is real time street driving on street tires 93 octane and a stage 1 BMS tune. If anyone does have faster then take a video and post it lol. The Launch control on the 2014 models are awesome! Feels like your getting sucked back in your seat by a super vacuume. |

Scott, I thought the standard launch control was fast.. When Traction is fully off in conjunction with the Launch control the car just launches! There is no Bog or delay or anything. It just goes!

When you put the car in sport + it takes the DSC off. It does not fully remove the traction. You must press and hold traction button to Fully remove traction. This technique may work with the 2011-2013 models as we'll.
Thanks black. |

that's my channel, there should be a plethora of videos up. I was at the MIR Dig or Roll in Nov, no traction but still fun. Here's one for you http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k8bkF...re=c4-overview

Point of running it is for best times, just like dyno numbers. Its obviously the ultimate goal here, which is why people run race gas at the race track - but for my as a beta tester, I want to run it on 93 just to know and to be able to share. But every other time I go, will be on race. |
