Wow that is hell of a deal for those wheels. Some one needs to buy these but I would be concerned with rubbing issues? Does the rear rub with that low of offset or is fender rolling in order?

Fender rolling is definitely necessary, unless of course you are on stock suspension.

The e92 required a lot of rolling, the e90 not as much.
