"Tone Lin?" on radio - what is it?
Don't have a manual for the stereo on my 2003 Z4, so I have a question about the controls. When I toggle through the tone settings on the stereo (bass, treble, fade, DSP, etc.), I come upon one message that displays "Tone Lin?"
I can't figure out what this setting is or how to change it. Can someone enlighten me as to what "Tone Lin?" setting is supposed to do? Thanks... David |

I never bothered to check even when I had my E46 330Ci but i just looked in the radio manual and it resets the sound quality settings to midrange values when you press the "OK" key. So bass/treble/fade etc. will go back to their OEM settings.
