*** Bad Trader Alert -- norcalEastbay328i ***
Greetings...
I'm posting this here (in addition to the trading post) since this is where norcalEastbay328i posts with some frequency. Over a month ago I made an agreement with norcalEastbay328i to purchase his 157 style wheels for $1,000 at which time I sent him a $100 deposit through PayPal. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...&highlight=157 Subsequently, he agreed to deliver them to my house (he lives about an hour away) a bit over a week later. He never delivered the wheels or contacted me. Now, it's been over a month and he will not respond to me or return my deposit. I tried contacting him through here, in posts, and through Paypal without any response. I even have a Paypal resolution judgement against him. Beware!! Grimes |

That sucks bro. In the future if you do any deals with anyone that close, it's better to just meet halfway somewhere. That way you get to see the wheels in person before giving him the money.

Im sure if you sent him a deposit via paypal, there should be an address there. I say you drive to his house and take matters into your own hands. Either that or call the cops.

Im just saying, if the guy is getting screwed by a local dude, why not go to his house and just talk to him. I did not suggest go over there and beat him up. I would rather do that than posting it online and get responses like "Im sorry that happened to you" and that's it. Why not actually do something about it instead of just posting it online to get sympathy?? |
