335i Clutch life?

Anyone had it done? Anyone not?
What sort of miles have people got on their MT's before doing this or having not done this?

I'm on 62k and can't help but think this can't be far off for the stock clutch.

Depends largely on how you drive and how much power your car puts out. My car is at ~80.000 miles still going strong, tuned since 40k miles and running 18psi currently.

62,050 miles exactly it will last!

I'm over 70k now and mine is fine. I'm standard though.

Ok good to hear that they can go a decent amount. It's one of those things where most the stories are bad stories like people replacing clutches after 40k :O
I think that must just be poor technique

Much more likely the dreaded judder that people tend to call 'clutch failure' is in fact the Dual Mass Flywheel on the way out...
