Considering a change - some questions

Been poking around Autotrader over the weekend and have found a nice F31 320D M Sport Touring.
It has everything I'm after as far as spec goes except Xenon headlamps.

I love the xenons on the E92 so I have to ask, what bulbs I could change to to give similar lighting and coverage to xenons without doing the whole 1.21 gigawatt blinding lamp that you see on some ricers...

I have the BCS (MV Sport version) back box on the coupe, does anyone know if it will fit the F31?

TIA
Steve

Absolutely nothing from a halogen headlight can get remotely close to a factory Xenon setup, I've tried many different things on various cars but Xenons are in a completely different league. If you like/want Xenons, make sure you get them as you may find yourself very disappointed with your purchase...

^^ this

The whole setup of xenons is completely different. They often come with adaptive setups etc which focus the light exactly where you need it. Without them you just have some bulbs shooting forward.

I'd say they are one of the more useful options you can have. They make night time driving much easier, and their range is huge.

If you've had a car with Xenons then do not buy a car without. You will be disappointed every time you drive the car at night!

Just bought an f31 M Sport with factory xenons. Absolutely amazing I sacrificed a similar car that had Pro Nav for the one with the xenons as I thought this was far better.
