M235i Mineral White just arrived!

Greetings from Peru!
I just came back from my local dealer an managed to take a couple of iPhone pictures to my just arrived (and very dusty) new ride. It's still with all the cover wraps.
I got the mineral white+hexagon/alcantara+brushed aluminium combo with the following extras:
- Sport auto trans. (not standard in my country)
- Storage package
- Park distance control + Rear view camera
- Adaptive M suspension (not standard in my country)
- Comfort access
- Auto-dimming interior and exterior mirrors
- Ambiance lighting
- Extended cluster
- Enhanced USB and Bluetooth

Deleted the moonroof and the harman/kardon

The car looks awesome, I'll update with some pictures when the official delivery takes place.

Just one complaint..... the car came with Bridgestone Potenza instead of Michelin PSS... I don't know why... any thoughts? I was really exited about the PSS's.

Looks great! Will be even better when clean! :-)

Does the window sticker say they put RFTs on your car? They are optional here in the US, not sure how BMW handles it in other countries. It was my understanding as well that ALL non-RFT tires should be the PSSs.

This is probably the first M235i we have seen so far with the deleted sunroof. Congrats!

I specifically ordered the car w/o run flat tires. Did not have a chance to take a look at the sticker on the window, I'll check and let you know, but I'm pretty sure that this potenza's are regular performance tires (non run flat).

My SA told me that BMW works with 6 different tire brands and they do not have any influence in which tires are equipped in each vehicle.

Actually i`ve seen a lot of 335 i here with michelin rf, i don`t know why, buy my SA told me that is was some kind of requirement of my country that they have RF since these cars don`t have a spare tyre, but i think that is BS.
tomorrow i`m going to the dealership and chek it out.

Take a look at the tires and see if RFT is written on the sidewall. It should be in the same spot under the "S" in Bridgestone or at least somewhere on the tire if it is a run flat.

This is not my picture, but one from an ebay ad.

That is correct. Some E9x were shipped with the desirable PSS, some others with Conti tires.

Just talked to my SA, you were all right... my car came with RFTs by mistake.
Luckily in the same boat of my car came a M135i with Michelin PSSs so they are making the switch before my official delivery. The SA told me that they are changing the whole wheel since wheels are different for cars equipped with RFTs... that last thing didn't make any sense for me, but any way I don't really care.
Does anyone think that switching wheels + tires can bring any problem?
Thanks a lot!

Can they simply swap the wheels and tires? Didn't someone post an interview of a BMW VP (or something like that) saying that the suspension of the car equipped with RFTs is specially tuned to compensate for the RFTs?

I'd be surprised if the M2 was offered with a sunroof TBH. Hopefully a carbon roof without the hole in it.

Wow, can't believe how much better, cleaner the car looks without a sunroof. So glad I ordered my 228 without one.

Oh, great looking car. Congrats.

I finally took my official delivery. Unfortunately I detected a really small imperfection on the hood, so I had to wait for my SA take care of it.
Hopefully I'm receiving it in perfect shape tomorrow morning.
I also used the dead time on the dealership to install the black grills and m performance pedals.
I will take the proper pictures ASAP.
Greetings form Perú!
