If you go with the second one know that the Akebono pads that come with that kit are ceramic. They'll have lower brake dust but they'll also not have the great initial bite of the factory pads.
I recently did a whole package for $388 from autohausaz.com with Zimmerman rotors and Bosch pads. Work great and the Bosch pads seem to be putting out much less dust than the BMW pads I had before while giving me the same stopping power after break in. I don't know anything about the first kit. Keep in mind to follow the manufacturer bedding and run-in directions for your pads and rotors once you get them.

I would probably steer clear of the first one.
I agree with the other poster about Akebono pads. Nice pads, but they will take about 1000 miles to break in. The rotors are a solid choice. You should buy new retention springs. Plan on another $40.00 for those give both axels |
